It's not just recipes and restaurant reviews; there's lots of food news and issues, as well as an emphasis on local and free-range foods and producers.

Please check it out and let me know what you think.

Black Ladle - http://blackladle.blogspot.com

There's also a Facebook page here.

Cheers.

baby ice cream cones

I have just finished reading the latest issue of Mindfood and am itching to try all the recipes in the bonus Christmas Cookbook!!! I especially love the idea of having the Lemon Meringue Baby Ice-cream Cones on Xmas Day as sometimes the kids in the family (and sometimes the adults!) can't face eating heavy Xmas Pudding after a big meal on a hot summer Xmas Day. My problem is I have never heard or seen baby ice-cream cones in New Zealand. Does anyone know if they are available in NZ? Or are they only in Australia and other countries? Would love some ideas please.
Thanks
Bec

Banoffie Cheesecake.

Can someone please help me to locate the Banoffie Cheesecake recipe which was in either the May or June 2009 Issue.
