If you aren’t lucky enough to grab a table straight up, write your name on the board and wait it out at the Shakespeare Hotel across the road. Its unassuming white tiles, high stools and stainless-steel counter are reminiscent of a classic fish shop, only better.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There are at least 10 varieties of fish on offer every day, depending on the market. Simply choose your catch $16–$24 and decide how you’d like it cooked. Tasmanian scallops grilled with herb butter $15.50 is a great starter or dive straight into a bowl of steaming, fragrant bouillabaisse $14.50.
