Violence can can be verbal and quite insidious behind the scenes where someone trys to do someone else harm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its everywhere.... in our schools, our workplaces, our homes, our newspapers and our movies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Violence in general is a hot topic and in NZ we have a national referendum about smacking as part of good parental correction should it be a criminal offence? (not sure if I have got the question 100% correct.
