I'm up to page three of Alain de Botton's latest offering "The Pleasures and Sorrows of Work". It's about the phenomenon of work and how it defines us. Will let you know how I go with it.

I have just read two very enjoyable books. The first is 'the summer without men' by Siri Hustvedt and then 'The Tiger's Wife' by Thea Obreht. Very different themes and style, but both excellent reads.

At the moment I’m reading Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin. It is a nice story about 5 sisters. The characters of the book are fantastic especially Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth. I highly recommend this book!

At the moment I’m reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows…. It seems very interesting to read because the characters have been more matured and I think it’s the best book written by J. K Rowling.
