Michelle Obama. How she manages to fit motherhood, First Lady duties AND growing an organic garden into her schedule beats me. I also admire her dedication to her fitness and health and her sense of style - they may seem like trivialities in the grand scheme of things, but I think it's important to maintain balance in your life.

Kiwi actress Madeleine Sami is my inspiration.

She is a natural beauty, extremely witty, talented, kind and modest.

She never seeks publicity, nor does she need to - the spotlight always manages to find Madeleine!

As a performer myself, I see her as my perfect role model.

My sister - she's a cancer survivor and has since had a stressful and very hectic working and family life - but takes it all onboard and handles it excellently. Don't know how she does it, 'cos I couldn't!!! Happy Autumn everyone. Jx

Audrey Hepburn is my inspiration - she was the most stylish, selfless women to have graced this planet in a long time. Her philosophy on life and love is one that I strive to live my life by

Inspiration woman I think is Joanna McMillan Price as she recently published a book Inner Health outer beauty, What a book it is! The big thing I got out of looking and reading it was on going motivation. Joanna offers great pointers in wellbeing and nutrition.

And also makes you realise just how important it is to appreciate being who you are as a woman. The biggest thing I learnt was to gain control back regarding nutrition and exercise. I now see food as a friend or an enemy. I now thing what food is going to keep me going well during each day.

I think its Joanne McMillian Price, she recently has published a book Inner health outer beauty. What A book it is!

It offers great pointers covering wellbeing and nutrition is a positive way throughout the book.  There is no you must do this and miss out on that, what so ever.

From start to finish its a book full of colour, creativity and come on you can do it for yourself girl!

I have picked up  loads of motivation, and showing the world the new and improved me. I now see food as a friend not an enemy , I now think what food is going give me energy throughout the day. I am feeling Fab!
