Japanese beauty expert Chizu Saeki's advice is simple: enjoy your natural beauty. The face is proof of the heart, a chart of your health and a signboard of your life. Here are what some MiNDFOOD readers are saying:

"Finally an article that reaffirms my view on the subject of aging. I have always been a staunch believer in aging gracefully. I only wish more women would share my perspective and let their natural beauty shine through rather than attempt to mask it with surgical procedures - it is so unattractive!!"

"A face with wrinkles is much more interesting to look at then those faces that are so tight with botox that they can not even produce a natural smile."

What do you think about wrinkles and botox?

Wrinkles don't bother me at all. And they are certainly preferable to having needles shoved in my face.

Neither do I care that my hair is going grey. That too, is preferable to spending valuable time and money re-touching my roots.

I can't say that I'm growing old gracefully, but I'm certainly growing old with better things

to do, and think about, than fuss daily over my appearance.

I am only nineteen and I have really deep wrinkles under my eyes. I get the recommended amount of sleep and I don't know what to do. I always look tired. I don't really want to experiment with numerous lotions and creams.

I have and
dont have for it

The best way to get rid of wrinkles is to consult a doctor for the treatment and follow rather using other things available in the market.

You provided so knowledgeable information but I want to know, if wrinkles start from mid age then as a precaution can we use cosmetics from early?

Wrinkles are caused by a combination of factors such as age, smoking, exposure to ultraviolet light, repeated facial expression, poor nutrition etc.Ellen you can surely use cosmetics as a precaution but keep one thing in mind that it should be quality anti-wrinkle cream and it should be applied or used in limited quantity. It should not be used frequently.
