I read Dixie's blog about fish and chips and I've eaten at the restaurant she mentions. It was good, but not as good as More Fish in Surry Hills, Sydney. Thoughts?

Great-quality fish doesn’t need a lot of fiddling with and Hans Mohr’s little caf is testament to that. If you aren’t lucky enough to grab a table straight up, write your name on the board and wait it out at the Shakespeare Hotel across the road. Its unassuming white tiles, high stools and stainless-steel counter are reminiscent of a classic fish shop, only better.

There are at least 10 varieties of fish on offer every day, depending on the market. Simply choose your catch $16–$24 and decide how you’d like it cooked. Tasmanian scallops grilled with herb butter $15.50 is a great starter or dive straight into a bowl of steaming, fragrant bouillabaisse $14.50. Desserts $15.50 change regularly but, really, you come here for the fish.
