There has been speculation that Auckland may soon become a "super city", merging four city councils, three district councils and one regional council, creating a city of over 1.4 million people...the biggest in Australasia.
Tell us what you think: Is this a good thing? How will it affect you?

It should add another 100 layers of bureaucracy onto the 10,000 layers already there.
It wont affect us at all other than it will take even longer to get anything done.
To me a super city would include a stunning waterfront rugby stadium to showcase to the world, that would really have been worth boasting about. The bureaucrats messed that one up big time!
